I slap a metal sticker on the back of the phone case, and I am done. I don't worry about the phone falling off as these little mounts are strong. In the past, I had the ones that clipped onto the #car vents but they wiggled and jiggled. What works best for me is the model with sticky tape and you just stick it on the dash and be done with it.
